Physical Samples
Physically seeing and touching the product is incredibly helpful in production. HB International’s team and our suppliers appreciate physical samples, as it allows us to feel and manipulate your product to ensure we understand exactly what you’re looking for. Physical samples invite the opportunity for reverse engineering. Through reverse engineering, our team and suppliers can understand your product in-depth. By exploring an existing product design, our team can decipher how it was manufactured, recognize the materials used, learn the specific tolerances of your product, and recognize any vulnerabilities the product may have.
Specifications
Sometimes, you may not have a physical product sample to offer our suppliers. Product drawings and sketches are just as beneficial because they provide a visual of your final product. While it may not be as technical as a 2D/3D design, manual design drafting requires less specialized equipment and limited software and is less expensive. Manual draft drawings allow teams and individuals to show off their creativity and express their product’s 2D/3D angles while encompassing the product’s physical specs.
